Comfortable and Spacious

I stayed in a poolside room with two queen beds that were super comfy. The room was spacious and exactly like the pictures online, with a great air conditioning unit making it nice and cool. The mini-fridge was perfect for keeping our drinks chilled after long days at the parks. Overall, it was a lovely space to unwind after busy days. The safety deposit box was a convenient feature too, allowing us to store our valuables safely.

Great On-Site Cafe

I loved starting my mornings at the hotel's attached cafe! They offered a $10.99 lunch deal that was very nice value, and the breakfast items like omelets and breakfast burritos were freshly made and customizable. It was perfect for fueling up before heading out to the parks.

Nice Pool Area

Although it was a smaller pool, I found it very relaxing after a long day at Universal. It was clean and well-kept, with plenty of lounge chairs available. It stayed open until 11 PM, which allowed us to enjoy the night sky while unwinding. The bubbling feature in the shallow end was a lovely touch that made it feel special!

Convenient Wi-Fi Access

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, which was very convenient for staying connected, especially when planning our park days. Although there were moments when the connection was spotty, it generally worked well, allowing us to check ticket times and dining reservations easily.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is very reasonably priced for its proximity to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean and nicely updated, but there were some inconsistent cleaning issues during my visit. The location was great, with nearby food options and an outlet mall right across the bridge. However, some hidden fees and communication issues made my experience less than perfect.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, with a perfect location just a short walk from Universal's theme parks.
